Find me the CHANGE MAKERS!

Looking for collaborators, practitioners and thinkers across diverse sectors for WE REDO.

I’m reaching out to connect with people from a wide range of backgrounds who have experience in any of the following areas. At WE REDO, we’re building a network of individuals who are exploring, shaping, or actively practising new ways of living and working that support people and the planet.

1. Designing Livelihoods

People involved in imagining, designing, and building the systems, environments, infrastructures, and behaviours that support healthy, sustainable (regenerative is preferable) livelihoods. This could include (but isn’t limited to):

  • Community development

  • Circular, impact and regenerative economy work

  • Designing integrated food, health, education and housing systems, etc. at a larger scale.

  • Social innovation or systems designers

  • Local economies, cooperatives, or mutual aid structures

  • Permaculture Practices

Particularly interested in whole-systems thinkers, designing livelihoods for people and the planet – integrating fundamental shifts in structure that move away from our venture capitalist economy.

2. Collective / Team Intelligence

Anyone who facilitates, builds, or researches ways groups can think, work, and create more effectively together—especially to tackle complex global challenges. Examples might be:

  • Facilitators

  • Organisational designers

  • Group dynamics researchers

  • Collaboration technologists

  • People developing tools or methods for shared intelligence and decision-making

  • Leaders designing next-generation team practices

3. Regenerative Practice

Practitioners, designers, researchers, or community-builders working with regenerative principles, both personally and professionally. This includes work with:

  • Regenerative leadership

  • Land-based regeneration

  • Regenerative design- Culture building

  • Personal development work connected to regeneration

  • Community-led transformation

If this sounds like you (or someone you know), I’d love to talk! I’m looking for conversations with people who are experimenting, pioneering, or simply curious about how we live, work, collaborate, and grow in ways that support a thriving future, and especially those currently trying to challenge the status quo!

Thank you!
