It seems like the Substack algorithm favors new people.

Then it seems harder to get traction after you hit 500 subscribers.

It makes no sense to me. 🤷‍♀️

Maybe because so many of the “drop your Substack” posts are people with big audiences looking for new people.

To funnel them into their “how to grow on Substack” courses.

You'd think as you grow, you'd get more engagement on your posts.

That hasn't been my experience.
