God is with the muttaqīn—those who possess taqwā.

Although God is not confined to space or time, and nothing is hidden from His knowledge—He is present, aware, and observing all things—yet His special nearness, support, and aid are reserved for the muttaqīn.

“Be mindful of Allāh [i.e., adopt taqwā] and know that Allāh is with those who possess taqwā.”
