THE most important recommendation in my latest newsletter, on “Unpacking the right to housing for investors”, is this:

“Engage with housing, tenant, and homelessness organizations to ensure that approaches are grounded in the lived reality and expertise of people who are inadequately housed.”

There is only so much that can be done from the boardroom, or the zoom room. It’s through human connections, across boundaries and experiences, that real change is made.
