I have been recently struggling with creating when it comes to my fiction writing. I had two large projects going, an alternate dimension fantasy and an adult horror Scooby-Doo, and it was overwhelming. This weekend I have pulled back and made the decision to pivot and work on short stories. I want to study horror stories and have started writing a little story using each sub-genre as a story prompt. I am working on psychological horror and I called the short story “Mind Locked.”
