The U.S. State Department’s police support and counter-narcotics arm today published a new solicitation for transporting “ammunition” and “aircraft parts” into Haiti, as part of the Haiti Gang Suppression Force.

The founder of the mercenary firm Blackwater, Erik Prince, has been simultaneously helping the Haitian government conduct lethal drone strikes — killing civilians — in loose coordination with U.S. Southern Command, through his new firm Vectus Global.
