The current owner of the original Paragon Solutions Graphite team, the Chantilly-based spyware / cyber intelligence company REDLattice, last week was one of numerous recipients of a five year, potentially $400 million contract from the Pacific-focused branch of the San Diego-based U.S. Naval Information Warfare Center, which is responsible for Information Operations (IO).
The implied target would be China.
