Go on more walks. Walk for no reason. Walk to solve a problem. Walk to blow off steam. Walk to get outside. Walk to listen, read, and learn. Walk to escape distractions. Walk to improve your health. Walk to think. A simple walking habit can change absolutely everything.

When a question about a certain topic pops up, google it. Watch movies and documentaries. When something sparks your interest, read about it.

Read, read, read.

Study, learn, and stimulate your brain.

Best mental reset I’ve learned:

If your mind is loud — Write.

If your mind is empty — Read.

If your mind is racing — Walk.

If your mind is tired — Sleep.

If your mind is sharp — Build.

Most problems are just mismatched energy. Get the inputs right, the rest follows.

I cannot express how much I admire and respect this man. I supported him for president back in 2019 and will support him for ANY elected office in the future. He’s the real deal 💙💙

Take the time to read the entire article. But Mr. Kunstler missed a BIG one. He starts with all the intentional failings of the Biden administration. He needed to start eight years earlier with Barack Obama. Obama was an illegal candidate with intentions to divide the country by race, which it is now just recovering from as people realize it isn’t race at all but cultural differences. That did not become apparent until millions of unwanted invaders entered across our open borders and each set u…

Race isn't real? That would have been news to the Founders. They never considered Blacks and Indians are potential American citizens. Jefferson saw Blacks as a great threat and wanted them moved across the seas, beyond all danger of mixture. The current situation was his worst fear. He predicted both a Civil War and a Race War if things were allowed to just drift. One down, one on the way.

Race is not the impediment it was in the past.

Why? Because the real conflict in any society is the one between the Haves and the Have-Nots trying to steal what the Haves have. Socialists believe that the government is the tool to be used to settle that conflict, that will never happen, Every revolution in history is started when the government does not pay enough attention to the Have-Nots, who always outnumber the Haves.

All ethnic groups are progressing in the USA and as the Have-Nots cross al…

Great article. As he says, Elon has managed to split the MAGA movement. And Vivek and Vance are right there with him. Good info about the dark side of this admittedly brilliant man. X isn't really for free speech. Many are still banned. It discourages links. And is against Substack.

And read about the dark side of Indians and Indian culture. They will be a disaster for what's left of America.

Land ownership: Women were landowners. The Cherokee Nation practiced matrilineal inheritance of property and clan membership.

Family authority: Cherokee women were superior to their husbands within the family unit.

I was talking about dot not feather. In any case, don't conflate/confuse matrilineal with matriarchy. The dog don't hunt. A few small societies here and there.

On paper, the Iroquois looked like that too. One guy who lived and worked with them said it just wasn't true. The Council of Women could depose the Chief - in favor of another man. But they revered their men and would hardly ever use this power. Compare that to our irreverent, greedy, power mad women. If they had the power, they would use…
