sometimes i wonder how many versions of myself i’ve outgrown without even noticing. i look back at old photos and remember the thoughts i used to carry, the dreams i thought would save me. it’s strange how you can live inside yourself every day and still not realize you’re evolving. it’s only when you look back that you realize how far you’ve come, how many lives you’ve already lived in the same skin.

Best mental reset I’ve learned:

If your mind is loud — Write.

If your mind is empty — Read.

If your mind is racing — Walk.

If your mind is tired — Sleep.

If your mind is sharp — Build.

Most problems are just mismatched energy. Get the inputs right, the rest follows.

When my needs go unmet,

I’m reminded: God didn’t design a person, place, or title to fulfill me.

He designed my soul to need Jesus.

So if you’re discouraged today by unmet needs,

Maybe you’re not being punished—maybe you’re being invited.

Invited to need the only One who never fails.

If that’s you—

You need to meet my Jesus.

Uncommon advice:

If you don't know what to pursue in life right now.

Pursue yourself.

Pursue becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, most present, most confident version of yourself.

They've built them, now where are the tenants for 33 Innovation Park "spec" buildings? How many in our community are struggling to get ahead financially? And a sentence upheld for a violent offender.

Be bored more often.

Go for long walks. Meditate. Journal your thoughts. Read new books. Spend time alone without devices. You would get to understand yourself a lot much better. Your brain gets the best ideas when it is left to wander.

In those quiet moments, you'll uncover clarity and inspiration that can't be found in constant stimulation.

Sometimes I fantasize about disappearing.

Not dying.

Just logging off.

Getting a job no one cares about.

Growing tomatoes.

Writing poems in the margins of a notebook no one reads.

Not as a failure.

But as a kind of freedom.

Providence has reasserted its blessings upon our country. No one has reason to fear retribution as only justice will be meted out on a scale never seen before.

Yes, time to go out and kill again. Invade Greenland and then Iran. Make Anti-Semitism a crime punishable by death as in the old Soviet Union. Put the Palis in other Arab countries and then bomb them there.

The UK is not OK.

Today I exited Birmingham International train station and was walking along inside a tunnel trying to follow the route on my phone to my hotel. There was a group of youths in front of me, the two black males had face coverings. One was pulling a blonde girl's hair so she would go along with him, she seemed to be his friend or girlfriend, and the other was acting in a threatening way too. This was in broad daylight at about 6pm. I decided to get a taxi because it was horrible a…

In Britain, within just 24 hours: an illegal migrant who arrived by dinghy and publicly backed Hamas and the killing of Jews is handed a 9-month sentence… while Lucy Connolly, a British woman jailed for Southport tweets (which were hastily deleted), is told she must serve nearly 3 years. Her appeal? Denied.

This country’s justice system is broken—and Lucy should not be behind bars.
