Seems the folks preaching "Diversity" ultimately want a lack of diversity with "all the colors bleeding into one"* (*Thank you globalist demagogue Bono aka Melinda Gates)
(Seriously, Duck-duck-go photos of Bono and Ms. Gates. Take those rose-colored glasses off Bono and put them on Ms. Gates. Shave Bono and let Melinda's stubble grow out. See? Just like Pat Sajak/Dan Quayle. Ever see them together? No.)
I'm all for diversity. We need to stop imposing ourselves on the rest of the world, and we nee…
You kidding me? I don't even use my turn signal on an 8-lane divided highway, I just do what I call the "nigga sweep" - drift across all 4 lanes to hit an exit. My boys said, "What did he just say?!" - they never heard the expression before.
The tag was just for Janos - he didn't pick up on it above.
No, that is my perspective. I really believe what I write and deeply care about these issues. Is that bad? As if humor trumps and being "cool" trumps caring and national survival?
Obviously I'm not always serious and I do love humor, both laughing and making people laugh.
Jars, I have no doubt you mean what you write. And I respect your pursuit of ideological purity - Quixotic though it may be. Do what (you think) is right, even if success appears impossible - I think that's a good policy.
But when you're down in the rhetorical trenches, subtleties sometimes fly unappreciated over your head. I was not suggesting you change your ways. I was just making an observation - and ok, maybe provoking you a bit. But ya gotta admit, those commies don't have a sense of humor.
Naw, I just don't think the subtleties are relevant when our people face extinction.
I grieve that neither you or Dys have any thing you love beyond yourselves in this world, thus you laugh in despair.
Hopefully you both have a spiritual life of some kind. Pantheism or worship of Nature (not Prakriti (Sk) or Cosmic Nature) is the usual recourse. It's something to be sure.
Gotta disagree with you about subtleties, especially in these proto-apocalyptic times. Those subtleties can go a long way toward evening your odds vs. the house.
I don't know whose head you are in, but it isn't mine. If you read my writing, rather than looking for points to argue, you would realize that I am such a spiritual being that I barely have one foot in the material world.
