As a psychiatrist, I’ve been hearing a lot about a new supplement called “DOG.”
Early reports suggest it may help increase serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin… while getting you outside more, moving more, and improving overall cardiovascular health.
Most importantly, it tends to make life feel a little less serious.
I’ve been trialing it myself for the past two weeks, and I can honestly say the results have been impressive.
Side effects may include:
• increased time picking up poop
• unexpected licks to the face
• snoring at night
• and a strong urge to go outside more often
