Make money doing the work you believe in

One change that improved my health more than any supplement, device or specific protocol:

I stopped sitting.

That's it.

I stand. I move. I take calls walking or at my standing desk. Several mornings per week I ride my bicycle on a trainer while I chart.

No wearable told me to do it. No study convinced me. I just felt better.
