I've extended 14 offers this week and have 23 people in background check getting ready to start over the next couple of weeks.
I share candidate stories, because I don’t see people as numbers I see them as someone that needs a new opportunity.
Someone who may have been laid off and just needs another chance.
Someone who is trying to make more to provide for their family.
Someone who is ready for growth they weren’t getting it at their previous/current employers
Someone who is trying to leave environments that are impacting their health.
I treat people the way I would want to be treated.
Whether it’s giving feedback, sharing a careers link, or extending an offer after an interview… I have the opportunity to relay a message that can possible change someone’s situation.
