Be bored more often.

Go for long walks. Meditate. Journal your thoughts. Read new books. Spend time alone without devices. You would get to understand yourself a lot much better. Your brain gets the best ideas when it is left to wander.

In those quiet moments, you'll uncover clarity and inspiration that can't be found in constant stimulation.

Sometimes I fantasize about disappearing.

Not dying.

Just logging off.

Getting a job no one cares about.

Growing tomatoes.

Writing poems in the margins of a notebook no one reads.

Not as a failure.

But as a kind of freedom.

I think we are moving away from the era of social media and into an era of online micro-communities. More intentional, less chaos. Smaller, but more valuable. More boundaries, more containment.

We were never made to read the unhinged thoughts of hundreds of strangers each day, but we were made to gather around fires with groups and share our stories.

Best mental reset I’ve learned:

If your mind is loud — Write.

If your mind is empty — Read.

If your mind is racing — Walk.

If your mind is tired — Sleep.

If your mind is sharp — Build.

Most problems are just mismatched energy. Get the inputs right, the rest follows.

I feel like Substack is lowkey full of the people who get overly excited about the small things in life which everyone else seems to miss - that morning coffee, the luxury of fresh sheets, the tiny synchronicities, evening light

No one in my life knows I have a Substack.

I wanted this to be a space for myself, a place to say what I want, without filtering myself.

I don’t want to think about who’s reading, or how it might land, or whether I’m being too much.

It’s lonelier this way. Starting from nothing. Speaking into the void.

But for now, this space is mine. That’s how I want it to stay.

I'm a medical doctor, but I had to leave the system to tell the truth.

Most of what you’re told about your health is incomplete or completely wrong.

You’re stuck in a system that profits from your symptoms, not your healing.

In my Substack, I write the truth I wasn’t allowed to say inside the system.

If you're exhausted, unwell, and unheard, say hi! 🙌

sometimes i wonder how many versions of myself i’ve outgrown without even noticing. i look back at old photos and remember the thoughts i used to carry, the dreams i thought would save me. it’s strange how you can live inside yourself every day and still not realize you’re evolving. it’s only when you look back that you realize how far you’ve come, how many lives you’ve already lived in the same skin.

I might get slightly bashed for this one—but just my personal intake;

Can we please stop giving the “universe” credit for what GOD is doing?

It’s not the stars aligning — it’s the Savior making a way.

Doors don’t just open on their own. That’s GOD.

Let’s start calling it what it is and giving honor where it’s due.

Uncommon advice:

If you don't know what to pursue in life right now.

Pursue yourself.

Pursue becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, most present, most confident version of yourself.

Then the right path will reveal itself.

I agree wholeheartedly with your assessment of the situation that we are witnessing!! I have been concerned about what has been sprayed in the air, on our lands, on our lawns, and the pharmaceutical industry's constant in-your-face push to take more chemicals. Back in the early 90s, I read an article about how farmers were seeing bizarre behavior with frogs in their water catchment ponds in their fields. They noticed that the frogs acted like they were confused about who they were supposed to h…

Glad you brought the frogs up I remember that and the Dow chemical Ad in the 80’s life without chemicals Would be impossible tag line. And The chemtrails that most people ignore and witness often in front of Us.

Yes, there are too many people not paying attention to what is going on in our world. I had lunch with a long-time friend recently and she knows very little of our current events. She and her family took the V and they now have heart problems. But of course, it must be in their genes they were told by some medical authority. It's a sad state of affairs for these poor souls.

JamesDuff's avatar

Truly where do you begin. Fine balancing act biting one’s tongue to keep friendship and or Attempting to red pill them then Get alienated.

Jesus keeps walking says let the dead bury the dead

I see you were a nurse so you know I was a drug rep for 15 years

Charlotte Z's avatar

Too funny!! Yes, we did like the drug reps as we learned a lot, and I knew they were just doing their job like I was too. About the red pilling..yes one does have to tread lightly and be aware of not insulting their intelligence. I have several topics that I don't feel comfortable talking about so I just become a good listener.

Tooo..... well we swam in the same ponds. Charlotte Z so thanks for that. Always Thought the Nurses were the Heart and Soul of the clinic, or Hospital. So Hugs. I worked in Oncology for 7 years and the Oncology Nurses were of course my favorites being on the front lines. And we know see heard the under belly of the Medical system that BTW needs to be completely changed. And yes I have avoided many of my vaxxed friends for reason just bc I may say something that might offend them. I attempted by…

Yes, James thanks for the chat. You must have a good soul, I'm thinking.

Lets Just say It is a work in progress......I have done lots of interior work......Still stubborn, feisty, often get too enthusiastic...but committed to the good and True. Humbled daily. Born to fight this is a time where we are witnessing evil play its IN OUR Faces .....as far as am concerned I am too old to be intimidated or in fear of people like gates and klaus or any fake authority of so faucci i was born to take the fight to these people. I Ching says "We Undermine the Enemy" Jesus says "Get behind me Sata" man does not live on bread alone" I am a walking Man who has chosen to fully experience this Spirit that created me, we US. I may not be Good but I pursue the Good and know God IS Good. I have a handicap that being a Man. I am also a Poet so i get to write all this out.
