I’m going to say something that shouldn’t be controversial but will be. If you are a Christian, you can support border control and immigration being legal vs illegal. You CANNOT celebrate deportations and get off on the cruelty, and be a real Christ follower. Period

People will pin their hopes on this man. They will ignore the contrary signs, because the alternatives are all so shockingly bad.
But the simple truth is: If he was really a threat to The Monster, he'd be dead or negated already.
Yes, our hope has never been in elections and candidates. It's the delusion that keeps everyone distracted from finding the savior within. Each of us has to dig deep and find the courage to stand up to tyranny in our individual lives. We perpetuate slavery by what we give our assent to. It ends when we refuse to comply.
This is wonderful. Please substack it. Or print it on a t shirt. We are addicted to handing out power to worldly ‘saviours’. Me too! Believe it. My spiritual walk is withdrawing investment from all my ‘saviours’. And there’s been a lot of them. It’s terrifying to trust God. To REALLY trust God. But this is maturation. The assumption we all have power to refuse to comply is suggesting people starve or become societal isolates by saying no. It will mean inviting people to die. That is a very personal choice that ultimately rests in Gods hands too xx
