Lawyers have divorced any concept of justice from the practice of law, a game that only they are allowed to play and have instituted a hierarchy with judges at the top. Our Founders would have done well to have abolished the entire English legal apparatus but sadly over 1/2 of the signers on of the Constitution were lawyers...who promptly took it away from us.
