I’m sharing a Substack post on Notes. Is that what I’m supposed to do? Uncertainty is my middle name.

I love sweets! The last let’s say four years I have figured out they are killing me. At the beginning of figuring this out, off and on I would get a sharing size bag of peanut M&M’s and in my truck I would eat them when driving. They really taste great. My knees and left hip began to have massive pain, but at the beginning I didn’t get it. My hip got so bad in pain I would leave my leg hanging out of my pick up truck and all at once I would pick it up in dyer pain yell and put my leg in the tru…

I did not grow up with sweets so I arrived late to the addiction. I quickly learned to toss back the M&M peanuts (share bag) but then jumped to the Head of the class with 1/2 lb boxes from a CA celebrated candy shop. Enough of that I'm interested in your hip and leg. Sounds like you might have Sciatica. I have it! It started in my lower back then down my left hip and into my left leg. Did I understand that you drive with your pained leg out the door? Hanging it out the window would be safer don't you think? You're a Spring Chicken give it a Try.

At that time my hip pain and both my knees were inflamed joint pain. My hip was so bad I went to the doctor and got an X-ray on my hip. He gave me an anti inflammatory meloxicam and in one day, almost immediately the stabbing pain subsided. You think it would be obvious what the problem is but it took me a little while to figure it out. I still have arthritis in my knees but I can work I hope for a long time. When I would pull my left leg into the truck the pain was staggering.

Hey, you two. Do either of you use magnesium? It's in epsom salts, also there is a spray. We used it when mom had pains in her back from cancer. Here is a link on it, if you are interested:

My wife does magnesium often and I do have it probably not enough, once a week. My wife swears by it!!
