Yes a recess appointment would work but people start questioning action taken by the appointment. He can place him by executive order also but again it raises questions of legitimacy.
At this juncture in time, I do not care who questions Trump's picks for leadership. Those that question are part of the problem. Every President has the right to choose their staff. Remember; Biden picked a fat man dressing as a woman to be in health, another transvestite to be in charge of nuclear waste who was caught stealing women's clothes at airports, a lawyer over HHS, an energy secaretary with zero energy experience and on and on without one democRAT Senator complaining. Michael I agree, I actually judge the success of Trumps pick by that meltdown of the Soviets in power right now. It’s Obvious Gaetz is the perfect attorney general nominee. They are losing their minds. Attorney General is the most important position in Trumps cabinet, and I pray Gaetz is fearless as he seems to be!!.
