Interesting how many people are talking about overwhelm right now.

But most of it doesn’t seem to be about having too much to do.

It’s having no clear “off switch.”

Constant input.

No real pause.

No signal to the body that it’s safe to slow down.

I tested 10 min of no input—no phone, no music, just walking—and it helped more than anything else I’ve tried.

Feels like overwhelm is often a nervous system issue, not a time issue.
