So continuing on my Substack Virgin voyage here’s a little behind the scenes but most people would see one of the best cheese shops in the world the illustrious NEALS YARD DAIRY !! so good watch till the end with all the soft cheeses The loved care and attention that goes into maturing Jesus and working with mentoring supporting a beautiful network of some of the best cheesemakers is amazing.
