DEMENTIA: Why are women twice as likely to become demented? No, it’s not because women live longer. That may be the stupidest answer I have ever read. It’s a distraction because the answer is REALLY bad for business, the business of sickness.

Women are the keepers of their threshold. Women are hard wired to be the nurses and carers. Women have been pivotal in removing salt from their tables and homes. Women have been obedient to a heath directive that has cost them, THEIR MINDS.

My article: How does salt restriction lead to heart dis-ease and fear based reactionary thinking? could have been named How does salt restriction lead women straight into dementia?

A woman’s reproductive system is designed to hold fluid and this requires more salt than men to maintain at a high level of hydration.

Chronic dehydration results in chronic brain dehydration with functionality deteriorating each time the tide goes out. Plaque is visible evidence the tide has receded. The moisture has receded.

For example a headache is not a signal to pop a pHARMa pill, it’s a sign of dehydration.

The brain is extremely sensitive to dehydration or low salt or hyponatremia - all describe the same condition.

The elderly are drying up and losing their minds because they are low in salt. It really is that simple.

I say learn all the symptoms of LOW SALT and remedy asap with salt plus water when you notice any one of them.

AND for the fertile woman reading this, look at the symptoms of low salt and then think about PMT and the cramping and tiredness and muscle weakness that occur monthly. Low salt strikes again.

Hydration is not achieved by the addition of water alone. Water follows salt in and out of our bodies. If you do not have sufficient salt to on board the water, it must pass on through. The salinity of blood must not be diluted, or death will result. This is why low salt or hyponatremia is an emergency state.

Our physiology is underpinned by hydration not oxygenation. Every part of our physiology requires moisture. Dryness marks the beginning of dis-ease.

Salt is the elixir of life we have been hunting.
