Having mostly adult children and decently launching them into the world, figured out my career early on and actually reached the top of it/mastered it, traveling freely/solo, knowing my personal style and taste, my consistent short buzz haircut which is for me and me only, relative financial security, knowing that I can pick up and move to wherever I want, enjoying my hobbies (painting) for hours with no interruptions, the lifestyle I’ve curated over 25 years, knowing exactly how to ground, self-regulate and cheer up myself, knowing my core values and honoring them daily.
