I’m Florence for Pitti Uomo, day two. (Just kidding, I’ve been in Florence for weeks.)

Pitti Uomo 107 in motion. Happy to see that today was much busier in Fortezza. A lot of buyers and press.

As for brands, I feel the selection has changed a bit in recent years. Name big international names have decided not to come, in a way Pitti has become more Italian.

Really looking forward to tonight’s Guest Designer show of Margiela MM6. First outing of Margiela in Pitti for 19 years.

I’ve been working on a big article for Helsingin Sanomat on an MM6 “design team member”, as they say.

In the interview this Finnish designer speaks about his profession in general, so even the name can be published. But the story is out only after the show, exciting times!
