“It is not our war. We didn’t start it,” said Secretary of State Marco Rubio. “The United States has been helping Ukraine for the past three years and we want it to end, but it’s not our war.”

Wrong.

It is our war, because we pledged to defend Ukraine against attack when it gave up its nuclear arsenal.

It is our war, because if Ukraine falls, the Baltics and Eastern Europe are next, and there’s no limit to Putin’s aggression.

It is our war because we must stand for the rule of law, international order and national sovereignty and against brutal aggression by a despot.
