Some writers, including myself, magically ‘lost subscribers’ on the dashboard without any ‘email disabled’ notifications. So, what was going on?

My sub count was restored today (I raised 2 tickets)
The public Substack operational status dashboard showed ‘green’ despite the issue so the bot's suggestion to check it is not useful.
This blip is the opposite of being a reliable platform!
Substack needs to improve communication about these issues and outline steps for prevention.

Automatically email a copy based on the chosen setting.
