Can we please start a meme to counter all the negative stuff about Biden? Like he’s actually one of the greatest presidents, meeting the dire challenges of this moment on climate, geopolitics, defense of democracy at home and abroad, defense of working class dignity, a smooth hand with economics, and Yoda-like restraint while running the gauntlet of spitting haters?

He’s kind of awesome, really.

Ryan, agree with you! Joe is a true public servant, stepping up to a very grueling job with experience and expertise and statesmanship. He does not do this for the accolades (tho’ they can feel good & lighten the load a bit), but sees the need and does it for the greater good. There is no puffery about him, only (as I see it) a humility to be given this task that he damn well will do his best to meet. He surrounds himself with the best, brightest and committed persons who also take public servi…

That Obama and Biden considered each other as brothers speaks volumes, too! We talk about these leaders as if they are monoliths, but my vote and hopes are with the team that comes along with them. I vote for “administrations” like you mentioned, and Obama and Biden have consistently called up superstars. The opposite is true of Trump, who brought in people of low morality and dim ideas and greed as compasses… or left the crucial jobs cynically unfilled.
