For starters, have never had a flu shot (allergic to eggs). Having the payload on a modified mRNA platform does not sweeten my receptivity. At the moment am 3 weeks into a respiratory illness. No fever. No human contacts in the 3 weeks preceeding. Assuming I will ultimately recover my natural immunity should be pretty decent.
Makary recently published a book and had an ETV TL interview on iatrogenic disease. The one my mind fixated on was how Doctors caused the peanut allergies. The point being that at least one of the HHS appointees is open to the possibility that long term prescriptions may need rethinking.
As a senior, I personally find recommendations targeting the elderly offensive. Recognizing my bent, I try to go back and think it through.
That said, I hope MAHA and its medical teams can further an open environment that will allow appropriate reviews and fact based consideration of protocols and treatments as needed. The time, if ever, is now!
