The Energy

Do you know the etymology of 'enthusiasm' which is a central key word for Jupiter and Sagittarius? It traces back to a Greek word that means 'being possessed or inspired by a god'.

Listening to our words or reading them must feel like our batteries are being plugged into a charger.

Energy is real. Yogi call it prana. Taoists call it Qi. Energy healers channel it. It is our life force, our vitality.

We can charge ourselves to prepare a reading - or any life event for that matter.

Rehearsing mentally is charging.

A music teacher I knew led classes for children. It went really well, even though every time, children asked questions which led to something different from what was planned. The teacher thought: ‘Why prepare, then?’ But when he didn’t, nothing good happened.

Writing a text can also be releasing a charge of energy that was built up thinking things over before sitting and typing.

It’s not all intellectual work. Let’s never forget to charge our batteries!
