Rick, fellow CA-er here, down in San Diego. A little better where we are. I only seeing people not wearing masks outside when they are taking a walk or something, usually well more than 6 feet apart in the neighborhood. But otherwise, folks have been pretty compliant, at least as far as I can tell. I've been pretty pleased with the response.
