I Have a Theory - Andrea is still with us

This recording of Andrea Gibson reciting their poem, “When the Bough Breaks,” entered my headphones at a little after 1:00 pm today and instantly took my breath away.

Andrea was sitting right beside me, speaking truth to power with their characteristic wit and scorching honesty. They reminded me, in no uncertain terms, that their words (words spoken with passion and purpose) still live in each of us. We must use those words to keep going - to keep speaking out - to keep caring. Please read, listen, and share.
