Sometimes, no matter how many times you try to do the right thing, bureaucracy will thwart you.

We own an electric scooter. In January, it became law to have the scooter registered and insured. Since then, my husband and I have been working on it off and on—to no avail. The website simply won’t register the scooter using either of our certificados digital. We’ve even paid the fee.

For whatever reason, the website isn’t working. We’ll keep trying, and eventually, it’ll either work or we’ll find someone to do it for us. 😆
