For the past 3 years, my folks and I have spent the month of November in St. Augustine, Florida. We caravan down from NY and rent park models on the beach. It’s pretty amazing!

Our intention is to have quality family time together, to play and have fun, without all the craziness and interruptions of life at home. Sharing experiences and making memories that we can carry with us throughout our lives.

As a professional, I help others reflect upon and align their lives with what is important to them, and I know family is often something that comes up. But how often are we spending quality time with our loved ones?

Spending November away, together, has enriched all of our lives, and has become a tradition we look forward to.

For me, spending time with my Mom and Dad is one of the top priorities in my life. We can’t know how much time we have with our loved ones, or how long we will have quality of life, but we can make time right now to gather with, and enjoy, those we love and make lasting memories together.
