I haven't stopped writing because I ran out of things to say. I stopped because I don't know how to weave words around what Minnesota feels like right now. 😥
2,400 federal agents in my state. A woman shot in her car. Child care funding frozen. Neighbors afraid to leave their homes. And I still packed lunches this morning, still kissed foreheads, still pretended the world wasn't on fire outside our window.
I'm still here. But some weeks the bravest thing you can do is admit you don't know how to hold it all. If you're in Minnesota, I see you. If you're somewhere else, please don't look away, lean in. 💛
