There have been many "think pieces" about my decision to step away, but this one explains it better than I ever could. Melyssa was one of the first women I watched walk away from something that was working, and I remember how it rattled me, not because I thought she was making a mistake, but because she was doing the thing I wasn't yet brave enough to name.
