Cochise County Judge Joel Larson allowed accused steroid abuser, sex abuser, child rapist & child sex trafficker Border Patrol Agent Bart Conrad Yager out on reduced bond. Stated he was “not a flight risk.” Does not seem to have considered the risk to children in the Wilcox, AZ area to be an issue. Yager was accused of raping a 16 yr old in 2014, but CBP OPR refused to investigate. Yager reportedly threatened the victim. #HonorFirst #OnHerFirst
