Outstanding ideas. Vivian Jones was a visionary and put this town on the map. Strongly agree that she must be honored. Even those of us frustrated by an excessive pace of growth in recent years recognize her legacy and many contributions. An annual day celebrating her seems like a very fitting way to express gratitude to her into the future.
