✨A LITTLE MOMENT🧚🏽‍♀️

I sit upon the rock and gaze into the water. The rock tells me of his life. The steady, slow process and the blanket of moss which dresses him from time to time.

The waters ahead, trickle a song and shapes spring out and great me with splashes.

And the tree I lean back on holds me and tells me of wisdom, patience and how to be strong.

We sit a while, the rock, stream, the tree and I, and a black bird greats us. We watch her flying l, dipping and nuzzling into the earth. I feel inspired and I do the same. I nuzzle myself in to the earth and I rest. Whispers, floating, drifting, feeling light as a feather. Am I a bird? A few upon the grass in which I rest? I see lights dance and colours swirl. I feel full of company and joy.

The forest is my friend. And full of life we find together.

To sit in nature, I find it easy to relate. To communicate, to listen, sit a while and watch.

The forest is teaming with life, magic, and spirit.
