Thank you Brittany for these simple exercises. I tried a few of them and I can see how they can help if done on a regular basis. Like you, I know I am tight there and that tightness probably led to a knee issue last year. After months of PT, my knee feels better but I know my hips are in the driver's seat. By the way, I had a clinic with Erin while attending a Trail Sisters workshop in Boulder! She is amazing.
