Much of the challenge right now is balancing supporting the pursuit, positively, of outcomes and implementations, while maintaining (or, perhaps, addressing) the legitimacy crises that have emerged around tech- and ai-hype. ‘Yeah this is great, but, we know how the world works now’, is sort of a particular strand of discontent emerging in the 2020s.
