You’re doing great if you:

  • Can only get 3-4 hours of sleep every night because of caregiving responsibilities.

  • Work in 15-minute sprints because deep work is impossible with your schedule

  • Walk for 5 minutes a day (or every other day)

  • Read a few pages of a book once a month

  • Save/invest $10 a paycheck because the rest is dedicated to living.

Success can look different for each of us. And today’s success can look very different from tomorrow’s.
