Can only get 3-4 hours of sleep every night because of caregiving responsibilities.
Work in 15-minute sprints because deep work is impossible with your schedule
Walk for 5 minutes a day (or every other day)
Read a few pages of a book once a month
Save/invest $10 a paycheck because the rest is dedicated to living.
