Jets Edge David Bailey Flips Script; Goes Beast Mode In Day Two Of Training Camp

What a difference a day makes.

After getting shut down on day one of training camp by tackle Armand Membou, Jets rookie edge David Bailey recorded three “sacks” today, including one that put Membou on the dirt.

But even on a hapless day one, Bailey set the edge well and looked good against the run, according to Jet X co-founder Robby Sabo.

While the work is being done without pads, Bailey’s show of promise likely has Jets defensive coaches breathing sighs of relief.
