There’s just no world in which “an editor maybe used ai without my knowledge” makes any sense. By the time a book goes to print I have written, revised, done multiple rounds of dev edits, copyedited, done at least 2-3 rounds of pass pages. Why are we entertaining this as a viable excuse?
