I had the honor of working with Ruby and I always admired her FEARLESS honesty in her professional experience and how it impacted her personal life.

She and I are just 2 or the over 400,000 Black women (probably more since we were let go before 2025) who were spit out into a workforce that seems to no longer welcome BGM (IYKYK) and the experience of rebuilding our lives and careers has reshaped us both a people.
