On Transgender Day of Visibility today, SCOTUS issues a heinously bigoted ruling in favor of child abuse and pseudoscience by Justice Neil Gorsuch in Chiles v. Salazar 8-1 that Colorado cannot ban conversion therapy for LGBTQ+ minors. The Chiles case is being remanded to the 10th Circuit Court to be evaluated under strict scrutiny guidelines.

I expected the MAGA 6 judicial activists to harm LGBTQ+ children, but seeing 2 of the 3 liberal judges also join in is sickening.
