Who are you folks? I’m a former development executive at Imagine Entertainment, I worked as Ron Howard’s creative executive and before that I produced the film Fire Island (Searchlight/Hulu.) I was a development executive at Jax Media (Emily in Paris, Search Party, etc.) this is not LinkedIn though: while I love and know the industry deeply, I’m also a parent, hobby creative writer and cook. I tend to think about explaining things in a way that even a kid could understand them.

I also like piecing together essays that force us to …slow down.

I don’t use chatGPT to write (sometimes Gemini to google shit), and I don’t have a TikTok. My newsletter voice is niche but, broadly, I chime in on industry conversations that I think everyone can wrap their heads around.
