No. The virus has "not" been isolated, unless you use some convoluted definition of the word "isolate". Isolate means "seperate from everything else". You have something called "Koch's postulates" - I suggest you read them - to determine if the particle was isolated or not. There is not a single study proving isolation of the "covid-19 virus". Zero. You don't need to major in virology (completely made up "science" based on nothing) to understand what isolation is. And then tell your "experts" to look at the "methods" section of every study "proving" existence of the virus. See what they come up with. And if we're talking experts I suppose you didn't consult Dr. Andrew Kaufman, Dr. Tom Cowan, Dr. Stefan Lanka etc etc? These experts could easily explain the whole con to you.
