Thank you for this note! Some people try to pass this whole issue off as the latest “moral panic,” but raising kids in this time, I cannot disagree more. Watching everyone from my four-year-old niece, friends’ 8 and 12-year olds, to my own 24-year old and even me — deal with the addictive nature of these devices is really, really hard. I love the way they framed all of these issues in this book - it’s really a must-read!
