So many aggressive messages have bombed our feeds and inboxes in recent days claiming the speller is sharing their own voice and that it has been proven in studies. So why then is there so much hate driven toward Senator Fahy (NY) for adding the words “autonomous and validated” to a bill? If the communication truly is the speller’s own and people like Amy Lutz—who defended a dissertation on FC—simply need to “fact check” to find the studies, why are the words “autonomous and validated” so threatening? 🤔
