As a reminder, you can impeach, convict and remove a president for a misdemeanor or whatever the fuck a high crime is.

It has always been a dangerous poison pill in a two party system but this is what that language was meant for. The president doesn’t have to be convicted of the high crime or misdemeanor outside of the impeachment and process.

This has all gone too far.

The Congress is out and leadership will not call it back.

If he orders war crimes, I hope there is a sting operation designed to let him think that the order has been followed, and then he is arrested. And we don’t all end up passive participants in war crimes with even more innocent blood on our hands. Most of the people of Iran have done nothing more than be born into a totalitarian theocratic dictator with some moderate social input, pretending to be democracy. We shouldn’t kill them for that.
