Each places delegation somewhere different – in kin networks, in rule-bound organisations, or in copyable agents operating within shared protocols. The rise of AI agents introduces a new organising logic based on delegated, scalable agency. Whether this becomes a path to shared prosperity or a route to greater concentration and inequality will depend on choices about design and governance.
